Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-06-15

1. Service

This service helps creators prepare and publish their own social media content to YouTube, X, and TikTok through official platform APIs. TikTok publishing is designed as a creator-controlled workflow where the creator reviews content, metadata, privacy, interaction settings, and required disclosures before upload.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You must own or have the rights to publish the content submitted through the service.
  • You must review all content, captions, hashtags, privacy settings, and commercial disclosures before publishing.
  • You must comply with the terms, policies, community guidelines, and developer rules of each connected platform.
  • You must not use the service to copy arbitrary third-party content or operate spam, deceptive, or abusive posting workflows.

3. Platform Authorization

The service uses OAuth or user access tokens to act only on behalf of accounts that authorize it. Users can revoke platform authorization from the relevant platform settings. Operators can also revoke TikTok authorization and remove local TikTok token files.

4. TikTok Publishing Controls

For TikTok Direct Post, the service retrieves current creator information, displays the target account context, requires manual privacy selection, preserves confirmation evidence, and obtains explicit consent before sending content to TikTok.

5. Scheduled Posting

Scheduled YouTube and X posting can run through cron or automation tools. Operators are responsible for reviewing scheduled plans, maintaining valid credentials, and monitoring results.

6. No Warranty

The service is provided as an automation tool without warranties. Platform APIs, rate limits, policies, or account permissions may change and can prevent posting.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect.
